Care4All Children Services strives to hire the best possible candidates to fill all available positions. Openings are routinely published in any of the several mass media.
Once a candidate is selected for employment he/she undergoes several hours of in-house trainings tailored to the position for which they are hired. There is a mandatory 6 months probationary period for all new employees. After 6 months the employee undergoes an evaluation. The outcome of the evaluation determines whether the employee remains with the agency. Successful employees are retained by the agency.
Care4All Children Services provides opportunities for interns who may have the need for school credits to participate and study its program. Interns are held to the same standards as regular employees thereby giving them quality experience in the care of children in foster care. Interns are trained in several courses recommended by the Division of Family and Children Services.
Care4All Children Services provides opportunities for volunteers who may have the need for Social Work experience or the need to help children in foster care. All volunteers are held to the same standards as regular employees.
